New World Order Researcher Alan Watt Comments On The “Crisis Creation”

Researcher and author Alan Watt of CuttingthroughtheMatrix.com, says he believes that the swine flu scare is likely essentially hype in order  to “stampede the herd,” in order to make us more reliant on government’s “experts.”
If it is really WHO Level 4, why are countries and regions not being quarantined, as they would be if there was a ‘real’ pandemic?
