Obama has paid the $10 (It only costs $10 in Hawaii) and received the official birth certificate of Hawaii, which is what he posted. Hawaii sends out only the official birth certificate. False presumtion: Mr Obama is the President elected ‘by the people’

TRUTH: He is the CEO of the CORPORATE entity UNITED STATES and on the Board of the FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM.

The whole argument about birth certificate is a waste of time. Whether Obama was born in Hawaii or in Kenya is immaterial. All of the bloggers arguing back and forth above are arguing over basic “native” citizenship. The Constitution, at Art.II, Sec. 1, requires a candidate for President (or Vice President) to be a Natural Born Citizen. This is the ONLY place in the Constitution where this term is used. The status differs from being a “native” citizen or a naturalized citizen. To be Natural Born requires that one be born in the United States with BOTH parents being citizens before you. The purpose was to prevent the president and commander-in-chief from having dual citizenship and thus divided national loyalties. Obama admitted on his campaign web site that he was a dual citizen!

Barack Sr. was never more than a guest in this country—he was here from Kenya on a student visa. Pursuant to international law, his son would take the father’s citizenship first. Also, there are questions about his mother’s ability to pass her citizenship due to her age and requirements of the Immigration and Nationality Act, but in any event, Obama’s FATHER was never a US citizen.

Therefore, it doesn’t matter where Barack Jr. was born or whether his Hawaiian BC says he was born here or in Kenya, he was never eligible for the presidency and holds the office as a usurper.

This is spelled out in Emerich de Vattel’s book “The Law of Nations” and in various cases before the Supreme Court in the 1800s!

His mother, understandably, wanted to insure that he had US citizenship, and a couple of years later, she wanted to be sure she could retain custody in her divorce from Barack Sr. There is no “prescience” that he would someday run for the Oval Office–her decision to get a Hawaiian BC was logical for the time and circumstances, but he IS NOT A NATURAL-BORN CITIZEN and therefore is not eligible to the presidency!

A college instructor who worked as senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in 2008 is making the stunning claim Barack Obama was definitely not born in Hawaii as the White House maintains, and that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Obama does not even exist in the Aloha State.

“There is no birth certificate,” said Tim Adams, a graduate assistant who teaches English at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky. “It’s like an open secret. There isn’t one. Everyone in the government there knows this.”

Adams, who says he’s a Hillary Clinton supporter who ended up voting for John McCain when Clinton lost the Democratic nomination to Obama, told WND, “I managed the absentee-ballot office. It was my job to verify the voters’ identity.”

He says during the 2008 campaign when the issue of Obama’s constitutional eligibility first arose, the elections office was inundated with requests to verify the birthplace of the U.S. senator from Illinois.

“I had direct access to the Social Security database, the national crime computer, state driver’s license information, international passport information, basically just about anything you can imagine to get someone’s identity,” Adams explained. “I could look up what bank your home mortgage was in. I was informed by my boss that we did not have a birth record [for Obama].”

At the time, there were conflicting reports that Obama had been born at the Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu, as well as the Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women and Children across town. So Adams says his office checked with both facilities.

“They told us, ‘We don’t have a birth certificate for him,’” he said. “They told my supervisor, either by phone or by e-mail, neither one has a document that a doctor signed off on saying they were present at this man’s birth.”

To date, no Hawaiian hospital has provided documented confirmation that Obama was born at its facility.

No transcripts from any educational institution, all the way down to kindergarten, have been released, so I ask Vicki Tisdale where she gets her information. But many people, including some in office or holding government jobs, do NOT understand that there is a big difference between being a “native” citizen and a “Natural Born” citizen. Although Mr. Hollrath does not cite Emmerich de Vattel and the “Law of Nations” (upon which we believe the Founders relied in defining that term), he does cite John Bingham, described as the chief framer of the 14th Amendment in 1866, who stated “Every human being born within the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty (emphasis added) is, in the language of the Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.” (The words “of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty” were italicized.) Thus Mr. Bingham stated precisely the same terms that de Vattel had cited in 1752–born on the soil to TWO citizen parents.

The result is the same. Barack SR. never owed allegiance to the United States and did owe it to Kenya (at the time his son was born–irrespective of where). Therefore, Barry Obama Soetoro was born to ONE citizen parent and one non-citizen parent, and is not eligible to the presidency. Well people, it should be sadly and blatantly clear at this point, none of this will ever lead to anything. There have to date, been over 70 suits filed challenging the eligibility of Obama to serve as president. Not one of them has been heard to date. No, not a single, solitary one. I refuse, murfari, to give up all hope. Of course the current congress is in bed with the Obummer—but in just a bit over a month, a lot of that will change. If we but take the House, Darrell Issa will assume the chair of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, and he has already promised investigations and subpoenas. There are widespread calls for impeachment—which I do NOT favor, but if our elected ones, most of whom graduated law school, are not smart enough to grasp that one who was not eligible for the office in the first place cannot be “impeached,” that may be all we can hope for. At least it will be a process where those in power can demand documents.

Why not impeach? Because to do so would only, if successful, remove Obummer from office. But if his candidacy is declared invalid from Day One, then so are all the acts, EOs and bills he’s signed. If we remove him as ineligible, no need to repeal Hellcare—it will be invalid.

And no, McCain doesn’t get the office. If the candidacy is found to have been invalid, then Pelosi would be prosecuted for fraud (at a minimum). Whether Biden can be sufficiently implicated in the scam to take him out is up for grabs. So if Obummer goes, the real prez would be either Biden or D. Inouye, who is next in line after Pelosi. Next after that is Hillary, but her office and all those that follow in the line of succession are appointed, so since all of Obummer’s appointments would likewise be invalid, she can’t be elevated from secty of state. In fact, her appointment to that office would become null and void.

As I see it, the scenario you describe would tear the country apart. The powers that be, on both sides of the aisle are well aware of that; hence yet another reason for their refusal to pursue the issue on a serious level. To my knowledge, the mechanics do not exist with which to remove a sitting president for reasons of ineligibility. But what of after such impeachment? Just another “show trial” in a Democratically controlled senate ala Bill Clinton giving the mainstream propaganda press another reason to decry Republican partisanship and tout Obama’s innocence. Like you, I would not support impeachment. The alternatives are even less attractive. Biden is inept, even as a clown. Best Obama just finish out his current term and quietly exit.

We get denials, derision and recriminations from the Democrats and desultory lip service from the Republicans. I was not aware of Representative Issa’s promise of an investigation. Can you provide a link? I’d very much like to read it. I can’t seem to locate any mention of it. Yes, I’d like to see him conduct such an investigation should the Republicans regain the majority. But in all honesty, and in my experience through many years of observation, the Republicans have but little stomach for a fight. Vapid, to say the least. Hopefully, with the expected influx of new conservatives, that may change and give heart to Issa’s investigation.

In any case, by the time any of this ever gets dragged through the courts, Obama’s term in office will have long since expired. I do not believe he will be re-elected to a 2nd term and I’ve even heard rumors he won’t seek a 2nd term. As long as he can jam through his agenda in 4 years, he’ll be content to make exit and leave the nation changed in his image and lying in cinders. But he will be doing a lot of “jamming” post-November with the lame duck Congress before his teeth are pulled; rest assured of that.

I believe all of the issues surrounding Barack Obama’s place of birth may be solved firstly by auditing all of Barack Obama’s birth records. This would include but may not be limited to Barack Obama’s original birth certificate. I say this because there maybe other birth records along with this document. Secondly verify his parents whereabouts at the time of Barack Obama’s birth.

Even if this were true, and discovered, and led to his dismissal, there are who-knows-how-many replacements waiting in the wings to take over and do the same job for the same criminals. The President’s only real job is to deliver the speeches.

Actually, murfar1, in regard to your 9/22 post, there are cases where executives have been removed from office on eligibilty grounds without impeachment. There was a governor–Minnesota, if I recall correctly–who was found ineligible some months after being installed. This is detailed on a website somewhere, but I can’t find it right now.

We won’t get any action on Obummer, however, as long as the Dems control Congress and as long as the Botox Mafiosa remains in charge of the bull whip used on members of the House.

You know what is sad, how a story even like this one can get attention, even have a shelf life as long as it did — still resurfacing. But that it can have a modicum of believability and may not shock many people if any of it were true, should be worrisome and a cause for concern. As a 1961 born Kenyan with British grandparents I can vouch for the last comment. Kenya became independent from Brittan in 1963 and even second generation born people had to chose as no duel passports were allowed. However I am fairly sure the decision had to be made then and not when he was an adult. Unfortunately Kenyan politics runs on pure corruption from village to the top.

As to Osama (OBL), about a year ago, I read a credible-sounding article that claimed OBL had been suffering for some time with kidney disease that required dialysis–not something easily accomplished in a cave. That writer (and I forget where I saw this, so I can’t point you to the article) claimed that OBL had been dead for close to a decade.

If that’s so, whom did the Navy SEALs kill last May? One of my associates suggests it was a brother. Nor is this totally far-fetched as some might think. Remember, OBL was an Arab. Remember also your early Old Testament teaching about the custom of “levirate” practiced in early days. This custom teaches that a widow is to be married to the brother of her dead husband, to insure she has a home and is cared for. OBL came from a large family in a community that accepted plural wives. Also, since women are treated like cattle and not allowed to speak up, the women who were with the man killed by SEAL Team 6 would be submissive and not speak up.

This idea is further supported by the rush to whisk the body back to the carrier and perform that “respectful” muslim funeral and dump the remains where it can never be examined. I think the “respectful muslim funeral” is a euphemism for cover-up.

The “authorities” claim to have taken DNA, but how could any of us prove that either way?

Of course, I cannot prove this theory, but it makes sense. About a week after the killing, a treasure hunter appeared on TV just once saying he doubted that it was OBL and since he had a salvage ship well equipped for under-sea recovery and a fairly good idea where the body had been dumped, he was going to search for it to see if he could prove one way or the other. Of course, he hasn’t surfaced since.

Having a British passport does not prove Obama is not American by birth, as Britain allows joint citizenship, that his Father would have claimed by being from Kenya.

Jo, this is true, but you have to understand that having dual citizenship is exactly what the Founding Fathers did NOT want. The Founders wanted to be certain their leader and commander-in-chief did not have divided loyalties, which is exactly what dual citizenship involves.

That is why they restricted eligibility for the president and vice-president to “natural born” citizens. It was understood in the days when the Constitution was written that to be “natural born,” not only did you have to be born “on the soil” but born to TWO citizen parents.

In addition, under the definition provided by Emmerich de Vattel in his 1758 book “The Law of Nations,” citizenship follows the father. If this is true, then Obama is Kenyan first (through his father, not where he was born) and American second—if at all. We know from modern records (2010) that G. Washington had possession of a copy of this book, as did T. Jefferson.

So it really doesn’t matter where Obama was born; the fact that his father was never a US citizen means that Jr. is not “natural born”; he is at best “native” born. And we don’t even know that for sure because the certificates produced have been proven to be forgeries.

Now we are faced with continuation of this crisis because the name of Marco Rubio is being bandied about as the likely VP candidate on the Republican ticket. At least we know for sure that he is truly native born, but since he was born to Cuban parents BEFORE they became citizens, he is only native born, not natural born.

There is definitely a conspiracy in this country to destroy our Constitution and make us a slave state under some elitist world government.

Also, Jo, Kenya was only a British protectorate until 1963 (I believe that’s the year). Barry would have been 4 years old and younger; thus not of age to seek a passport in his own name. A year or two later, he moved with his mother to Indonesia where it is believed he was adopted by his stepfather, Soetoro. If that is true, he would have traveled on an Indonesian passport. Once Great Britain granted independence to Kenya, the most Barry could have obtained through his dual citizenship is a Kenyan passport. So logic dictates that he would not have ever had a British passport.

The video uses the term “propped up” by Congress in its title; which it clearly demonstrates. It also explains, in the last quarter or so of the 10-minute film, that BHO had a meeting with 8 of the 9 Supremes a few days before his inauguration, which meeting is described by Pr. Gallups as “highly unethical,” an opinion with which I strongly agree.

I can’t prove it, of course, but my guess is that the justices were threatened somehow. Could be anything from impeachment to assassination. It wouldn’t surprise me if every judge who has a case come to the courtroom is similarly threatened, which would explain a lot of the rulings that are counter to what the atmosphere in the courtroom and the evidence presented seemed to indicate.
