What sort of ‘justice system allows Vince Siemer to be jailed THREE times – when he has never broken any law?

What sort of ‘justice system’ allows someone to be jailed, bankrupted and denied their ‘day in Court’ to defend underpinning defamation allegations?

What sort of ‘justice system’ makes it unlawful to tell the truth?

What sort of ‘justice system’ denies a ‘fair hearing’, by DEBARRING a defendant from defending themself?

THE NEW ZEALAND ‘JUSTICE SYSTEM’ in ‘the least corrupt country in the world’.

Was there a Parliamentary cover-up, involving the Solicitor-General, in ruling this petition 2005/142 ‘subjudice’ at a time it was not? Thus stopping the process of calling for a Parliamentary inquiry into the jailing of Vince Siemer in July 2007?

“The Justice and Electoral Committee has considered the Petition 2005/142 of Penelope Bright and 30 others, requesting that Parliament conduct an inquiry into the committal for imprisonment of Mr Vincent Siemer for contempt of court.
Standing Orders provide rules against committees considering matters that are sub judice (awaiting adjudication in a court of record), and this means that we are unable to consider this petition further.
We have no matters to bring to the attention of the House.

(At the time, the matter was NOT ‘subjudice’. The Judge had made her decision, and Vince Siemer was in jail. Lockwood Smith KNOWS this.)

Have you advised the Attorney-General Chris Finlayson, to ‘act in the public interest’, as is his primary role, and instruct the Solicitor-General, David Collins QC, to take whatever steps are necessary to have Vince Siemer released FORTHWITH?

If not – why not?
