Director Ridley Scott Re-Enters Alien Universe He Created In 1979

[ and he's also apparently doing a sequel or a prequel to 1982's 'Blade Runner'
~ as talked about here ]

[ ... and slightly unrelated is this really nicely done trailer
made by the people who made this promo
for whoever made this new Aliens game for home consoles. ]

  1. I am really really looking forward to Prometheus. A long overdue explanation of the “derelict/space jockey/egg chamber” from the first Alien movie.

  2. As am I – It looks very interesting thematically, too.

Sir Ridley has been playing it pretty safe with Hollywood in terms of subject matter of his more recent films – but there’s no denying he’s a very talented storyteller.

  4. Jeez, that guy needed a sedative, or to get some sexual relief, or something. I thought it looked like a damn good movie. I f there’s hidden Illuminati messages in it, so much the better.
I’d say go see the movie before you condemn it.
