Seems pretty urgent to me. The bill is supposed to pass August…and has received very little media coverage. It is no less than marshal law in disguise…all in the guise of dealing with the event of a pandemic…The action plan is modeled on the World Health Organization’s model which suggests an international effort to establish marshal law (Close borders, workplaces and schools. Halt all unauthorised traffic and outlaw mass gathering). The Action Plan is available on the Health Ministry Web Site..The actual Bill was very hard to get and we finally got it through the Green Party. Thank you to them. The Bill by itself does not seem too threatening …however when read in conjunction with the Action Plan and the old Bill it is updating, it is very bad news.
Some points:
- This law supersedes all other laws and rights…eg the right to freedom of medical choice.
- Personal property can be commandeered, i.e. one’s home and car if considered needed.
- The ability for police to use force on people SUSPECTED of having bird flu (or ANY flu).
- If they refuse they can be quarantined and … if they resist “enforced vaccination” they will be fined $ 4,000 and sent to jail for 6 months…
- Law enforcement powers are expanded and this law can be enforced during a pandemic and during “inter-pandemic ” times.. i.e. anytime the Govt wants.
- The language refers to “Medical Officers”. Who are they? Does not say Doctors…
- The language in the Action Plan even refers specifically to Tamiflu vaccinations which have not been tested and which was created to reduce symptoms of 2 flu viruses not including the Bird Flu. (The Government has committed $26 million to buy 835,000 Tamiflu treatment courses. ~$30 each)

Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd today agreed to plead guilty and pay a record $500 million criminal fine for leading a worldwide conspiracy to raise and fix prices and allocate market shares for certain vitamins sold in the United States and elsewhere, the Department of Justice announced. A German firm, BASF Aktiengesellschaft, also will plead guilty and pay a $225 million fine for its role in the same antitrust conspiracy, the Department said.

BIRD FLU FACTS
Do you know that ‘bird flu’ was discovered in Vietnam 9 years ago?
Do you know 131 people have died in the whole world in all that time?
Do you know that it was the Americans who alerted us to the efficacy of the human antiviral TAMIFLU as a preventative?
Do you know that TAMIFLU barely alleviates some symptoms of the common flu?
Do you know that its efficacy against the common flu is questioned by a great part of the scientific community? (You can’t make a vaccine for a virus that doesn’t yet exist!)
Do you know that against a supposed mutant virus such as H5N1, TAMIFLU barely alleviates the illness?
- Governments decide that the medicine TAMIFLU is the solution for a pandemic that has not yet occurred and that has caused 131 deaths worldwide in 9 years.
- This medicine doesn’t so much as cure the common flu.
- In normal conditions the virus does not affect humans.
- Rumsfeld sells the patent for TAMIFLU to ROCHE for which they pay him a fortune.
- Roche acquires 90% of the global production of crushed aniseed, the base for the antivirus.
- The governments of the entire world threaten a pandemic and then buy industrial quantities of the product from Roche.
So we end up paying for medicine while Rumsfeld, does the business.
