Prime Minister Kevin Rudd is urging Australians questioning the nation’s role in Afghanistan to remember the image of the Twin Towers falling.

Sergeant Brett Till last Thursday became the 10th Australian soldier to die in Afghanistan when he tried to defuse an improvised explosive device (IED).

He was the fourth Australian to die from an IED blast in Afghanistan.
