As you can see from the screen shot from the March 2008 Annual Report from the Chugai Pharmaceutical Co, the makers of Tamiflu predicted a 531% increase in sales “due to expected resumption of government stockpiling in FY2009”…

What did the author of this report, company President Osamu Nagayama  know that we did not?
