This is DELIBERATE CHEMICAL TOPDRESSING of an unknown substance over a residential area early Sunday morning,
April 4th 2010..
It is NOT a normal contrail left by a jet.
To see the scale note the moon at 0:40 to see how thick this trail is.
WHO is doing this and WHY? WHAT substance is being used? WHO consented to this?
The Hastings City Council?
The NZ government?
Whatever happened to INFORMED CONSENT?
If this was done by another county with no knowledge of any New Zealand authorities then it is a BIOLOGICAL ATTACK.
NOT looking at anyone in particular… USA?
I DO NOT CONSENT to this on the basis of INSUFFICIENT INFORMATION.
Is there anyone else from Hastings who is concerned about this?

This is simply not good enough.
