Of course, this is all a deep concern, as these fascist companies like this are “testing the water” to see what the public’s response will be to implement this on a universal basis throughout Europe. But it is nothing compared to the recent, wicked, police-state, fascist neo-Nazi bill, H.R. 4919 “Kevin and Avonte’s Law of 2016, which was overwhelmingly passed (346 to 66) in the U.S. House of Representatives early in December 2016 just before Christmas.
This evil bill, gives the U.S Attorney General enormous new powers to mandate law enforcement officials, health and human services organizations, and other government agencies to create, establish and operate “locative tracking technology programs” to find, track or monitor individuals with “developmental disabilities” who have wandered from “safe environments.” While they say the intent of the bill is to track only individuals with forms of dementia such as Alzheimer’s Disease, or children with developmental disabilities, the definition in the bill termed “developmental disabilities” is so wide, it could be used to round up and track almost anybody – all racial groups, religious groups, non-conformists, anyone who criticizes the state or the president.
