A Change in The Weather? North and South Korea, The USA… and a “Hidden Hand”?

Something has changed dramatically. First the “thaw” in North/South Korea relationships, and now Trump’s shift in tone towards  North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

The rhetoric and saber rattling seems to have diminished. A brief change in the weather, or has something dramatic occurred behind the scenes? Although the New York Times speaks of a “modest thaw”, I feel that they are greatly understating the situation. (See article below).

It is worth noting that previous US presidencies have brought “Rogue nations” into the NWO fold by military incursion, kicking and screaming in protest as the bombs drop. Shock and Awe.

Could it be that we are about to see a PEACEFUL resolution to hostilities here, and will it be by surrender or mutual agreement? By threat or diplomacy? Who has the upper hand, and is there indeed a “hidden hand” at work here? What of China and Russia’s role? Read What Putin has to say (article below).

Something has apparently changed and the next development will be most interesting.

Trump Boasts of ‘Very Good Relationship’ With North Korean Leader

“I probably have a very good relationship with Kim Jong-un,” Mr. Trump told The Wall Street Journal in an interview. “I have relationships with people. I think you people are surprised.”
Mr. Trump declined to say whether he had directly spoken with his North Korean counterpart. “I’m not saying I have or haven’t,” he said.
But the rosy description of his relationship with the North Korean leader was another jarring reversal in tone from a president who has spoken admiringly of Mr. Kim in some moments and mocked him in others, referring to him as a fat “Little Rocket Man.”…

The current, more positive, state of the president’s relationship with Mr. Kim, according to Mr. Trump, comes in the midst of a modest thaw in relations between North Korea and South Korea, whose officials met, face-to-face, for talks for the first time in recent days. Those talks have not included Mr. Trump, who said in Thursday’s interview that his shifting commentary about the North Korean leader was part of a broader strategy.

“You’ll see that a lot with me,” Mr. Trump said, referring to the difference between his friendly tone toward Mr. Kim and his previous tweets calling him a “maniac” and a “short and fat” person. “And then all of the sudden somebody’s my best friend. I could give you 20 examples. You could give me 30. I’m a very flexible person.”

South and North Korea Hold Talks; US War Hawks Are Alarmed at the Prospect of Peace
Despite the naysaying of US hawks more interested in war than in a negotiated peace, representatives from North and South Korea met today at the border village of Panmunjom. Myanmar Earthquake: HAARP JOB?

Fri Jan 12 , 2018
http://ds.iris.edu/seismon/zoom/?view=eveday&lon=96&lat=19 Like a giant jack hammer, a series of earthquakes pounded Myanmar yesterday. The consistent and shallow depth is the first sign that this unusual bombardment could be an artificially triggered attack.
