In the latest dramatic turn in the NZ National Party leak scandal, whistleblower Jamie Lee-Ross has been pushed too far. His alleged “mental fragility” came to light back on October 2 and Simon Bridges stated his “self imposed” leave had nothing to do with the developing Expenses Leak investigation:

According to sources quoted by the NZ Herald, National MPs were warned not push Ross too far. It seems they disregarded this advice.

“Jami-Lee Ross has been sectioned to an Auckland mental health facility, following a tumultuous week in which he traded insults and allegations with the National Party and came clean to his wife about extra-marital affairs.
Ross was taken in by police on Sunday afternoon, and a source close to Ross told the Herald that Ross was “not in good shape” and “had been sectioned … people who go willingly aren’t sectioned”.
Under the Mental Health Act, a person can be sectioned to a safe place against their will and given treatment if their safety is considered at risk.
It follows a week of unprecedented political turbulence in which Ross, a former member of the National caucus’ senior team, quit the National Party, was expelled from caucus, traded insults and accusations with Simon Bridges and Paula Bennett, and admitted to extra-marital affairs that have rocked his marriage to Lucy Schwaner, with whom he has two children.

My question is: Was Lee-Ross deliberately pushed as revenge for his revelations of National Party corruption?
Was this an expedient way to get Lee-Ross out of the picture…drive him over the brink and get him sectioned?
Considering Lee-Ross’s involvement in this corruption, was it this that caused his mental anguish as revealed on October 2nd in the first place? It seems honesty/conscience and politics are generally incompatible bedfellows!

“Our Mental Health Act and the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992 ss8, 8A, has long been set up as legislation to enforce a Socialist Police State giving the State the unbridled power to arrest ANYBODY, WITHOUT A TRIAL, on the mere complaint of just one person who may just happen to dislike you for any reason, to make application for you to be arrested, and ultimately held in a Mental Health facility for as long as they like on the mere say so of just one nurse, doctor or psychiatrist. This is even worse than the Third Reich Nazi laws. All this legislation was introduced and passed into law many years ago in anticipation of rounding up non-conformists and whistle-blowers when the country as it is now becoming part of the NWO global police state.
So far, only a few have been arrested, but this one involving a serving MP really takes the tyranny up to a new level.

About 12 years ago, in mid-2006, a courageous whistle-blower Clare Swinney was arrested under Section 4 of the NZ Mental Health Act and diagnosed as delusional by the psychiatric staff of Ward 7 at Northland Base Hospital in Whangarei and held against her will for 11 days because she [correctly] maintained the attacks of 9/11 were orchestrated by criminal elements inside the US Government administration. She was lucky to have professional to help her get released, which few have.

If the United States had our legislation (it may have something similar, Switzerland certainly does), it is quite conceivable that any one American citizen no matter who they were could file an Application under the Mental Health Act against President Donald Trump to have him given a COMPULSORY ASSESSMENT for a ‘mental disorder’, have a Democrat psychiatrist assess him, then have him thrown into the nearest psychiatric institution or refugee containment center – forever! It might sound ludicrous, but with our legislation it is possible!
As usual, the general populous have largely no idea at all about the serious implications and powers of the Mental Health Act, how it can be seriously misused, and the truth of exactly why Jamie-Less Ross has been outrageously arrested by the NZ Police.
