The US was not able to live under already negotated trade agreements without further destroying its suicided domestic economy.
It dramatically destroyed its domestic manufacturing capacity. Regulating and taxing the remnants to a standstill. With Progressive illusions of genitalia and skin colour over ability, faux populist morality and imaginative delusions concerning weather, waiting to further drive the last nails.
The outcome brought debts to China and Mexico in particular, and ridiculous and unsustainable military chest-beating towards Russia, China, North Korea and Iran.
