Under a new law, Germans will be able to change their gender and first name without having to undergo any surgery once a year, every year if required.

Yes, really.
The Self-Determination Act will allow transgender, intersex, and non-binary people to change their gender at will merely by visiting a registry office and signing a piece of paper.
The need to submit a medical report or obtain expert opinion in court proceedings has been eliminated by the new legislation, which is expected to pass parliament before Bundestag members go on vacation.
“For the disabled, the law is humiliating. We will finally replace it with a modern law of self-determination. The Self-Determination Act will improve the lives of transgender people and recognize gender diversity,” said Family Minister Lisa Paus.
“In many areas, society is further ahead of legislation. As a government, we have decided to create a legal framework for an open, diverse and modern society,” she added.
The law officially codifies gender dysphoria, a mental illness, into being a fundamental right, with the condition having previously been treated (correctly) as a sickness.
“A moderate majority of Germans, 46 percent, approve of the government’s plans, while 41 percent of respondents reject the law, according to a representative survey by the YouGov Institute,” reports Remix News.
The only strong opposition to the new law comes from feminist groups who fear women are being erased and the right-wing AfD party.
According to the AfD’s Stephan Brandner, the law “has nothing to do with freedom but is an expression of blatant denial of reality. In biology, laws cannot simply be ignored.”
The CDU party also warned that the new law could lead to “arbitrariness,” while the FDP says it would make it easier for criminals to hide from the authorities or creditors by changing their name.
However, the legislation is expected to pass anyway, representing another full frontal assault on sanity and once again debunking the myth that the LGBT community is “marginalized,” when in fact it enjoys full state backing.

Martin comments: a sign of how truly mad (or not) the world has become will tell when we see how many people actually take advantage of this new “freedom”. I’ll bet there’s not many. There are still enough sane people around.
In a NZ context, as this is essentially the gist of the Births, Deaths, Marriages, and Relationship Registration Act 2021…of which ALL 120 MPs voted for: see Sections 23 through 28 (plus references in other sections). Although no change at all regarding the adoption secrecy here regarding access to birth registration: see Section 106.

I have a doubly falsified birth certificate (’certificate of registration of birth’, of which it isn‘t) that i refuse to use ABSOLUTELY, it not having my parents on it, not being from my earlier and only correct birth registration, as i was nonconsensually abducted from my mother shortly after birth and given to complete strangers (’alien abduction’ my joke, and of a different race my being a Eurasian mongrel who looks like someone found in East Siberia and amongst certain Amerindians such as Navajo) both of whom abused me as did their relatives, but then adoption per se is abuse as is donor conception and surrogacy: why is there so much resistence to one having one’s real parents recognised?, and why the continuing secrecy? At least on a falsified birth certificate i don‘t have either two men or two women as ”parents”. Being adopted in NZ is a secret conspiracy, as if not told one could never know.
Interestingly, one’s real parents are recognised as such under common law, which is why it is still considered incest to have sex with one’s real first or second degree relatives!

I’m also unambiguously intersexed —my inbetween genitalia were nonconsensually operated on in a failed attempt to make me falsely a poor facsimile of normal, and i have iatrogenic problems because of this— and find this identifying as anything that one wants to to be demeaning of the terms ’male’, ’female’, and ’intersex’ or ’hermaphrodite’ (the latter the term used when i was born) as anyone can claim it without any evidence—it is especially useful in a medical context my being given as ’intersex’. Being interesexed in NZ is a secret conspiracy (and there are no records of surgery), and it has taken me a long long time, and the experiencing of moronic medical doctors, to work out how i should be (it is actually obvious from what i have there now, the wisdom of hindsight)…despite that i’m still not genitally normal and am unambiguously ambiguous in the rest of my body. I’m not woke and don‘t care what pronouns anyone uses (i usually get taken as female); and refuse to be collectively included in the LGBTQWERTY insulting nonsense. I’d rather be normal male or female, a lot simpler, but i was born this way so that is what it is; i can imagine the comments after i popped out: It’s a…oh no, another bloody hermaphrodite!
Being interersexed has nothing to do with ’gender’, it is a biological fact; and one’s sex chromosomes don‘t cause one’s sex but instead the complete, partial or non-functioning of the SRY-gene on the Y-chromosome and the homologous SOX3-gene on the X-chromosome. (There is a lot of nonsense in genetics, but don‘t start me on that!)

Both of these relativistic (the ideological delusion that everything is a social construct), governmentally caused falsities done to me have frakked up my life: the denial of biological fact. My being erased and othered has been done since before i was born: collectivism then also.
Only the ’Mongoose’ bit to be explained!—no, i don‘t identify as a mongoose…and anyway, you wouldn‘t be able to pronounce the Mongoosese pronouns… 🙂
