On Friday, Kerre Woodham, host of NewsTalkZB weekday morning shows, read an email from Clare on air about the evidence which shows that technology has existed to control cyclones for seven decades. Clare questioned why it isn’t being used now to stop them.

Space.com: This year’s horrid hurricane season has scientists associated with the military wondering about ways to improve predictions — and even control storms.
“Assuming that in 2025 our national security strategy includes weather modification, its use in our national military strategy will naturally follow. Besides the significant benefits an operational capability would provide, another motivation to pursue weather modification is to deter and counter potential adversaries,” the report stated. “The technology is there, waiting for us to pull it all together,”
