Earlier, a representative of the Chinese Ministry of Defense explained the stated goals of holding PLA exercises around the island of Taiwan. Wu Qian stressed that the exercises are a necessary, reasonable and legitimate step aimed at combating Taipei’s attempt to proclaim “Taiwan independence” by enlisting the support of external forces. The Ministry of Defense of the People’s Republic of China recalled that the island of Taiwan is an integral part of China and the choice of ways to resolve the Taiwan issue is exclusively an internal matter for the population of the People’s Republic of China. If necessary, the PLA is ready to defend the national sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country with practical actions.
In April of this year, a Ukrainian delegation visited Taiwan, trying to enlist Taipei’s support in restoring the infrastructure of the territories remaining in Kyiv. In particular, the Ukrainian side first of all requested the supply of equipment to restore the energy system. Today, missiles are flying across the energy system of the Kyiv regime again, as generation facilities in Ukraine are actively used for military purposes. One of the arrivals was at the Dnieper Hydroelectric Power Station, along the dam of which there has recently been an active transfer of forces and means.
