“Zero emissions” have resulted in more CO2 from these fires than thousands of cars running for years. It has achieved the opposite of what they set out to do.

Yup….I really hope I conveyed that. These emissions laws of the last 20 years have really done the opposite. I really hope trump shuts down CARB….The law says that they can only operate if they have better standards than the EPA….IMO they are making things worse. So their licensing should be REVOKED
