Jacinda Ardern, despite being fired after her catastrophic second term as New Zealand PM, is busy telling the world what a great job she did, as no doubt outlined in her new book, which seems to be a masterclass in how to lie and gaslight. Here’s more from Voices For Freedom’s newsletter. MH

Alia here. Good news! We’ve got our third session with the Covid Inquiry Commissioners this Friday, and it couldn’t be better timed, because Jacinda Ardern has just handed us the ultimate case study in industrial-grade gaslighting. If you’ve somehow avoided her face this week (lucky you), here’s the short version: She’s launched a memoir, A Different Kind of Power She’s been gushing about her “empathetic” leadership to Oprah And she’s apparently forgotten everything she did to this country during Covid Truly, has she had a lobotomy? Here’s what she told Oprah (yes, really): “And that is a quick and easy way to do politics. Incite fear. It’s the oldest trick in the book, but it is the most harmful, and the most damaging… I wish so much that we can turn to those more optimistic, hopeful, and inclusive responses to problems rather than the fear that we see people reach to.” [Splutter] Excuse me?! This from the same woman who led one of the most fear-fuelled, divisive, coercive, and punishing Covid responses in the world. Who smiled gleefully while telling the vax-free they’d lose their jobs. Be shut out of society. Be excluded from care, education, life. Who rolled out a full-spectrum propaganda campaign across every medium imaginable… and then had the gall to pretend it was all about “kindness.” It’s the gaslight of the century. |

As censorship heats up and free thought becomes an increasingly rare commodity, we appeal to our readers to support our efforts to reach people with information now being censored elsewhere. In the last few years, Uncensored has itself been censored, removed from the shelves of two of our biggest NZ retailers – Countdown Supermarkets and Whitcoulls Bookstores – accounting for 74% of our total NZ sales.
