Dear Ian,
I wish to advise that the following statement on page 313 of your latest book is incorrect:
“One of three people in the West is falling for the 9/11 conspiracy theory that says airliners didn’t hit the Towers, even though the whole event was caught on video – even moments after the first crash when a TV news crew doing a drainage story whipped their cameras skyward.”
While major polls are showing the vast majority in the US do not believe the official story of 9/11, [1,2,3] there are no equivalent polls indicating that one third believe that airliners did not hit the Towers. The claim sounds like propaganda tailored to undermine the 9/11 Truth Movement.
Also, please note that the first crash was captured on video too. French filmmakers Jules and Gedeon Naudet filmed it while making a documentary about a New York City firefighter. This footage can be found in many documentaries, including “9/11 – The Filmmakers’ Commemorative Edition (2002)” and “9/11: In Plane Site”, [the latter of] which is one of the films I sent you last year.
Best wishes,
Clare Swinney
