“The Earth holds an infinite profusion of seeds. Seeds contain forms and worlds yet to germinate; the roots, leaves and flowers of the entire plant are invisibly enclosed in the seed….The seed’s capacity to engender new life seems to derive from the imprint of patterns carried through the ages. The Australian Aborigines speak of jiva or guruwari, a ‘seed power’ deposited in the Earth. In the Aboriginal world view, every meaningful activity, event or life process that occurs at a particular place leaves behind a vibrational residue in the Earth, as plants leave an image of themselves as seeds. The shape of the land – its mountains, rocks, river-beds and water-holes – and its unseen vibrations echo the events that brought that place into creation. Everything in the natural world is a symbolic footprint of the metaphysical beings whose actions created our world. As with a seed, the potency of an Earthly location is wedded to the memory of its origin. The Aborigines call this potency the ‘Dreaming’ of a place, and this Dreaming constitutes the sacredness of the Earth. Only in extraordinary states of consciousness can one be aware of, or attuned to, the inner dreaming of the Earth.” ROBERT LAWLOR, VOICES OF THE FIRST DAY: AWAKENING IN THE ABORIGINAL DREAM-TIME (1993) “Brief reference has recently been made to an incident in 1868 that is known as the ‘Flying Foam Massacre’. It is said to have taken place just north of Murujuga (or Burrup Peninsula), in the Dampier Archipelago of Western Australia. In the interest of clarity is seems requisite that some details concerning what is known about this incident be made available. The issue is related to the ineptness of successive governments of Western Australia in dealing with the massive rock art corpus of Murujuga, and it seems relevant to consider how this government gained sovereignty over the land it now chooses to call Burrup Peninsula. Moreover, this example is also useful in illustrating the extreme violence with which the Aborigines were routinely ‘pacified’ by the British invaders. The event that took place supposedly at Flying Foam Passage, located to the north of Murujuga, on 17 February 1868 was only one part of an extended campaign lasting through the rest of February, and continuing in March and May 1868.During this period several massacres of Yaburara took place on and around Murujuga, so it would not be correct to describe this period of systematic extermination as a single massacre that took place in a single locality. It may be more appropriate to speak of the Murujuga Campaign, which was apparently only survived by a few individuals. The Yaburara occupied a specific geographical area, encompassing Murujuga, the remaining eastern part of the Archipelago, and the coastal mainland region of Nickol Bay, including what today is Karratha. They would have regarded themselves as possessing sovereignty over this land, and the government of Western Australia acquired this sovereignty by an act of genocide. The current claims of this government over the land, its apportioning a century later of the land to various companies, its collection of royalties from these companies and its systematic destruction of the Yaburara’s cultural remains since 1964 all need to be seen in this light. Not only do these claims need to be tested in an international court of law, there should be no doubt that the Ngarluma have a legitimate basis to seek compensation for the described action by servants of the State in 1868. Together with interest for the intervening period, such material compensation should be quite substantial. In return, the Ngarluma community should also make reparation to the State, by returning one small bag of flour that Coolyerberri is alleged to have stolen. ROBERT BEDNARIK, THE KILLING FIELDS OF MURUJUGA “The chief danger to freedom of thought and speech at this moment is not the direct interference of … any official body. If publishers and editors exert themselves to keep certain topics out of print, it is not because they are frightened of prosecution but because they are frightened of public opinion. In this country intellectual cowardice is the worst enemy a writer or journalist has to face.” GEORGE ORWELL, ANIMAL FARM (1945) “The techne-tronic era involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled society…dominated by an elite, unrestrained by traditional values…this elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behavior…Persisting social crisis, the emergence of a charismatic personality, and the exploitation of mass media to obtain public confidence would be the stepping-stones in the piecemeal transformation of the United States into a highly controlled society…In addition, it may be possible—and tempting—to exploit for strategic political purposes the fruits of research on the brain and on human behavior.” ZBIGNIEW BRZEZINSKI |

In just over 48 hours about a week ago I traversed over 4.500 kms from Hobart to Darwin, from Australia’s coolest environment to its warmest, from the crown chak-ra of the Rainbow Serpent to her throat chak-ra. CENTRAL PLATEAU OF TASMANIA OUTLINED WITH SNOW I flew from Hobart to Adelaide then jumped on a bus for the next 48 hours. My ass was sore but I made it. Before making the trip I cross-checked and triple-verified all relevant information from several sources to make sure I was clear of any CV restrictions. Everything went according to plan, and all the officials were quite friendly. The Hobart airport was boarded up with only one narrow entrance. In Adelaide the tarmac and entry ways into the terminal were lined with dozens of geared up police, all with masks on of course. Ready to stop anyone from bolting and spreading some cooties? Leaving the airport I saw a table of women doing CV testing for FIFO employees. They weren’t busy so I asked them some technical questions about the tests, etc, then asked if I could get a photo of them pretending to put a swab up my nose. They laughed and declined saying that photos weren’t allowed. I had a mask courtesy of Jetstar and put it on for the five minutes when I exited the plane and got past the cops. MY LARGEST MURAL IN AUSTRALIA IN ALICE SPRINGS 🙂 JEFF PHILLIPS ART AND CREATIVITY http://dolphinmatrix.com/Jeff We had a few hours lay-over in Alice Springs so I went to see my ‘Sister of the Rainbow Serpent’ mural I painted there in 2017. She is holding up nicely, and the new management team is interested in having me back to do my third round of murals for them. it would be an honour and privilege to do so. SOME OF THE MANY BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS HERE I love and miss Tasmania dearly and greatly, but I love Darwin, too, and it’s nice to be back and in some sub-tropical warmth almost identical to Rarotonga, where I spent a month in 2018. I got used to being in the chill of Tassie and found it quite invigorating, but the warmth here is allowing my body to limber up a bit. I’d been working over-time in recent weeks in order to finish up all art projects that were to remain behind in Tasmania: I spent a lot of time sitting in cramped quarters and not walking or cycling as much as I wanted to. I got all my projects done…an absolutely amazing amount of creative output during my 5 months there. I gave away quite a few dozen rocks and sets of rocks and paintings, if I were to put a $ value on what I gave away it would be over $2000! Not being a business-person, I don’t think like that but to some people this would be evidence of unsoundness of mind! MY MOST RECENT MEDICINE WHEEL NOW ON-LINE 🙂 I completed, dedicated and activated my new medicine wheel the day I left, and I’d like to thank the lovely nature devas of north central Tasmania for smiling on me so beautifully. Each of the 12 rocks in the circle is based on a land-scape formation of Australia. Each one also has a sun, a constellation or other celestial being, and some flowers. The original plan was for each rock to have an animal and plant of flower from the dream-time, but time got the upper hand as it were. I will be writing up a story for this wheel, which is anchoring a vortex/portal directly to Findhorn and the Andromeda galaxy via the Pleiades. I’d like to thank my great new friend Steve Ebsworth for giving me a cool place to stay and paint here in Darwin, and my long-time friend the lovely Ursula Kupfer for making this happen. OUTSIDE GREENIE’S WHOLEFOODS 🙂 Steve is among other interesting things an avid bicyclist. Unlike myself, he is…or rather was…a hard-core racer doing things like the Tour de France…you know, where they go really fast on purpose. High speeds with me are usually merely due to gravitational acceleration and are not the main emphasis of my riding. Like myself, too, he has been in at least two serious accidents, the most recent of which occurred for him on this very day last year. STEVE IN THE HORIZONTAL POSITION This was a race called the Top End Gran Fondo. I don’t know how long it is for but Steve said he was over-taking the pack and going out and around when he slid on some loose gravel. The bloke who puts on the race was able to get this photo. SCREWS WILL EVENTUALLY BE REMOVED Steve landed right on his hip and fractured the femur close to the joint, as well as his clavicle and some ribs. He’s come right to a great degree and will eventually be back to 100+ %. I keep telling him how lucky he was not to have any neurological or spinal damage like I had. I am in great shape and can carry my cameras and gear up mountains…so far so good…but still have some issues with total leg strength and balance. I can, however, ride a bicycle all day. Darwin is a great place for cycling as the city has over 70 kms of bike paths that follow the numerous beaches which I am gradually exploring. I’d like to thank my friend Paul Jolidon, the reluctant alien, for loaning me a nice bike to get around on. Steve is going to let me ride one of his racing bikes…not the $15k one that only weighs 5.4 kgs if you can believe it, but the one that is only $10k and hefts in at 9.2 kgs. He said they are not made from reverse-engineered alien space-craft alloys but I am not so sure? BIKE PATH AT NIGHTCLIFF SUNSET CASUARINAS SAND CRAB ART I miss Mr. Platypus and his family of river-side trees. I miss the black cockatoos and the icey spider webs of the chilly Tassie mornings. And I have yet to hear a kookaburra here? But I have plenty of company…many wee geckos who bark in the night, dozens of eagles soaring over the beaches and white cockatoos screeching, the beautiful casuarina trees, or she-oaks, and yesterday just after sunset a million flying foxes en route from somewhere to somewhere else. I’ve been taking it easy for the first time since I can remember…being here now is very much like my time in Rarotonga in November-December 2018. As soon as my boxes of paintings and art supplies arrive, I will be setting up art lab, finishing up a heap of paintings and rocks and beginning my ‘next wave’ of dream-time imagery. I’ve got some really cool friends, old and new, to catch up with, dozens of beaches to cycle to and swim at (watching of course for blue stingers and crocs!), and some really cool projects in honour of the indigenous elders and ancestors of Australia, including helping Aunty Dawn with a talk she is giving to officials of the Catholic church on aboriginal spirituality (a very hot topic in this context!) and doing an interview with a retired professor in South Australia who helped Uncle Bob Randall with some previously unknown text-books they published in 1987 designed to help young aboriginal people to make their way in so-called ‘white society.’ ME WITH AUNTY DAWN AND HER ROCK 🙂 UNCLE BOB RANDALL Central desert, South Australia and WA all beckoning, as is Darwin Botanical Garden, Litchfield, Nitmiluk or Katherine Gorge(s), Kakadu and Arnhemland. In time I know I will make it to visit them all, in the same way that I’ve made it to Darwin to continue my healing expedition around Australia. And back to my Aotea home in the near future as well 🙂 PAINTINGS I WILL FINISH HERE AUSTRALIAN TREE OF LIFE, KATE BURNESS ”PERSISTING SOCIAL CRISIS’ UPDATE THIS SAYS IT ALL 🙂 Little is clearer to me than the similarity between the heavily-marketed fear memes of impending alien invasion, Islamic terrorists, ‘climate change’ and Covid-19. They are all false-flag psychological warfare operations. Notwithstanding the abundant non-sense in all channels of discourse, from fringe alternative to mainstream media, labelling something as ‘conspiracy theory’ is no more than an excuse for intellectual cowardice. The P’sTB, or Powers That Be have clearly been operating on the blue-print for global hegemony laid out by technetronic era master-mind Zbigniew Brzezinski: “The techne-tronic era involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled society…dominated by an elite, unrestrained by traditional values…this elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behavior…Persisting social crisis, the emergence of a charismatic personality, and the exploitation of mass media to obtain public confidence would be the stepping-stones in the piecemeal transformation of the United States into a highly controlled society…In addition, it may be possible—and tempting—to exploit for strategic political purposes the fruits of research on the brain and on human behavior.” RECENT OTB BROADCASTS OF INTEREST THE ASTRONOMICAL UNIVERSE https://mailchi.mp/fc963e59eb01/on-the-brink-radio-330-syzygies-of-cosmic-beauty-honouring-the-astronomical-with-fred-watsonmars-under-attackhiroshimas-75th WHALES OF THE DREAM-TIME https://mailchi.mp/2e4c76794b51/on-the-brink-radio-329-whales-and-dolphins-of-the-dream-time-big-love-and-a-big-warningastronomically-big CELEBRATING 20 YEARS OF TRAVEL IN AUSTRALIA 🙂 https://mailchi.mp/0271bcee6ec0/on-the-brink-radio-327-comets-of-the-dream-time-my-magical-mystery-adventure-2o-yrs-down-underworld-asteroid-day WITH ANCESTORS AT WILLIAM RICKETTS SANCTUARY KATE BURNESS KOALA CHERUBS AND LYRE-BIRD ANOTHER FIRE SEASON IS APPROACHING |
