A “very confused” Joe Biden has been seen “mumbling incoherently” during his briefing on the Atlantic Hurricane which made the president “make a fool of himself”. Twitter users have been mocking the president’s latest awkward blunder which saw him “get lost” in his own notes as he discussed the Atlantic Hurricane outlook and preparedness efforts. “A very confused Joe Biden gets lost reading his own notes, mumbles incoherently & makes a fool of himself,” said Twitter user Arthur Schwartz.

We have a sick old man who cant help himself to keep his hands off little girls. Mr Biden will unfortunately be remembered for these deeds and I have no doubt will end his career in a Dementia Ward or in jail. What a low-life family he must have to allow him to be paraded to the world as such.
