Freedom is a thing of the past. That is the message essentially being given by Ashley Bloomfield to New Zealanders as related in a Mainstream News item today.

The “old normal” is gone forever. Level One has now become a “Level 1.5” with increased masking, contact tracing, and of course, the inevitable vaccine certificates, or a “clear test” certificate for those of us who refuse the jab.

What Bloomfield has to say about the future of vaccination is telling. Essentially confirming the population as guinea pigs in a long term study:
“The next is this phase of having high levels of vaccination and being able to roll that increasingly out to the whole population. I think that will happen through 2022, we will see the studies come through even in younger children. And there’s no reason to believe the vaccine won’t be safe and effective in under 5s as well.”

With a stubbornness bordering on the insane, Bloomfield reiterates the Labour Government’s typically utopian (dystopian?) elimination fantasy, with no plan B.
Bloomfield isn’t ready to entertain a scenario where Delta in Auckland proves impossible to eliminate and says the supercity’s 83 percent first dose vaccination rate (among the eligible) is a potent tool. Does he have a Plan B? “The Plan A is the same,” he equivocated when asked.

The question is, will we as a nation accept this? Is New Zealand a “team” of five million docile sheeple, or will we wake the ‘F’ up in sufficient numbers to voice our resistance? Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it. We’ve seen this level of police state totalitarianism before elsewhere.
