Shameful behaviour by the “kind and inclusive” Woke brigade. Sooner or later it will backfire on them.

I’ve been to a lot of protests over the last few years. All of them were portrayed as “Far Right” and received little MSM coverage for the simple reason that they were PEACEFUL. Violence simply wasn’t tolerated, much less encouraged, at the Freedoms and Rights Coalition protests that took place for weeks on end across New Zealand, and that’s despite tens of thousands from diverse backgrounds marching together. The best the media could do was downplay the significance and repeat the line “We understand police are investigating”.
Of course, the police never were “investigating” because there was nothing to investigate beyond peaceful, well-organised protest events at which the police were present but unobtrusive. Not half as unobtrusive as the MSM though, as typified by a major TV news organisation clandestinely arriving with the logos on their van covered up with tape and cardboard. Pretty childish behaviour.
And that takes us to the stark contrast of the menace and mayhem of today’s planned speech by British women’s rights advocate “Posie Parker”.
Not one of these counter-protestors wanted to hear what Kellie-Jay Keen-Minshull (aka Posie Parker) was actually here to speak about. Instead, they listened to the MSM warm-up propaganda. And they certainly gave her plenty of coverage prior to her arrival. As the NZ Herald video below indicates, she is portrayed as an “Anti Trans activist”. That just isn’t so. If you really want to know what she’s about, simply listen:
In any event, Tamaki and co. arrived briefly, and probably sensing the overtly hostile atmosphere and potential for violence, rapidly departed. A wise move, as chaos ensued, which the uploader of this video, NZ herald, seems to approve of. Personally, I think it’s a poor reflection of the rainbow community and their liberal supporters.
According to a Newshub report:
In a statement from Speak Up For Women after the Auckland event, they said Sunday’s Let Women Speak gathering in Wellington has been cancelled.
“Keen-Minshull’s security team have advised her that they cannot keep her safe from mob violence and the police have declined to do so,” a spokesperson said.
“Speak Up for Women thanks Mrs Keen-Minshull for having the courage to come to New Zealand and showing up in Albert Park today, despite receiving multiple death threats and threats of violence in the last week.
“In the coming weeks Speak Up for Women will be gathering witness statements and laying a formal complaint with the Independent Police Conduct Authority about the lack of police action to prevent violence in what was clearly an increasingly volatile situation.”
Parker wouldn’t confirm this to RNZ, saying she would release an update on whether it would go ahead on Sunday morning.
“I’m afraid I can’t talk about my plans at all. I’ve been advised not to talk about them at all with anyone.

No doubt the Woke Left will regard this as a victory. Cancellation seems to be their reaction to anything they oppose or disagree with. Sadly, the time will come when this ideology of censorship and cancellation backfires on them. And it most certainly will backfire on them in ways they clearly haven’t even considered.
