You know what? This all reminds me of “Build Back Better” and “Resilient Cities” which we heard all about here in Christchurch post-quake. I’m sure you can think of other tragedies and catastrophes that have been very rapidly harnessed for rather obvious agendas. As pointed out in the item above, it seems that the homes of the rich and famous were miraculously spared in this instance. Is that simply because of location and building materials or is there something more sinister at play here?
