I can’t ignore this story any longer. Bill Gates finally brought to justice? You know what they say about “too good to be true”. Is it for real? Is it all it’s cracked up to be? here’s what we know…

Today in the Daily Telegraph NZ (a fairly sensationalist MSM source):
Bill Gates has lost a legal bid to dismiss a lawsuit filed by seven Dutch plaintiffs who accuse him of involvement in “The Great Reset” project.
The plaintiffs claim they were misled into receiving unsafe Covid-19 vaccines as part of this initiative.
On October 16 a Dutch court ruled that it has jurisdiction over the case, despite Gates’ argument that, as an American citizen, he should not be subject to Dutch legal proceedings.
Gates will now have to appear in court as the case continues…READ MORE
But this story has been brewing in other media sources for a week or so now.
Here’s a link forwarded to me by the ever-resourceful Jon Eisen:
BREAKING NEWS: Bill Gates loses lawsuit and will appear in Dutch court
For context, here’s a couple of “fact checks” one which more or less dismisses the whole story as “mostly false” Claim Review: Bill Gates to Stand Trial in Netherlands in Covid Vaccine Injury Lawsuit
And the other (Lead Stories) points out, more correctly, that while the story is real, it has been misrepresented and is in fact a civil case.
“…A Dutch judge only ruled that the case can be heard in the Netherlands because one plaintiff lives in the region covered by the court. This is a civil lawsuit, as court records show, and, therefore, it doesn’t include any criminal indictments.” Fact Check: Bill Gates Was NOT Indicted In Netherlands — Judge Only Ruled On Jurisdiction In Civil Case | Lead Stories
If you REALLY want to get down to the nitty-gritty here, lets get right to the source, and at this Dutch court document archive you’ll find all tyhe details of the case:
Incident Bill Gates – Stichting Recht Oprecht
For non-Dutch speakers, Google translate will assist, but the documents back up the story: A Civil Indictment with 7 complainants. Gates attempted to dodge court by claiming that since he is an American citizen this doesn’t apply to him. The judge disagreed. Gates, or at least a legal representative, will have to show.
There is of course a Reddit thread on the subject, and one comment summed the situation up pretty well:
“You can challenge anyone in court. These are private lawsuits and are 99% certainly going to get turned down by the court. But you have to send a representative or a written reply or you’ll be convicted in absence. You can still respond afterwards, but the plaintiff usually can execute any ruling in the meantime, which is a pain in the ass.
So you can sue Bill Gates for bullshit as well, but it will just cost you money when you inevitably lose.”
Well, I guess we’ll soon find out whether or not this is “bullshit” and if this another step towards the Nuremberg style trial many of us have been hoping for, or if it’s just overhyped storm-in-a-teacup material.
Meantime we’ll be watching with interest and discernment!
