Russia has a major quake, and the area is a highly active subduction zone spanning Russia and Alaska, but this is an unusual event with advisories and alerts around the Pacific.

Now, I appreciate this is a highly seismically active region (check the Iris Seismic Monitor link) yet I am (of course) suspicious. Was it triggered? A HAARP job? This was close to Alaska. It comes in the tails of Trump giving Putin an ultimatum on ending the Ukraine war. Long time readers here will recall the quake that destroyed Kim Jong Un’s nuclear facility last time Trump took office and North Korea refused to “cease and desist”.
But what REALLY pricked up my ears is the “8.8 magnitude” measurement which is pretty consistently reported rather than the usual plethora of upgrades and downgrades.
Is this the “88 Code” being signaled again, or just coincidence?
