Welcome to On the Brink Radio #248. This show is a very long-overdue dialogue with Terry Lilley, a highly dedicated marine biologist and under-water photographer based on the Hawai’ian island of Kauai. This is the I believe fourth or fifth time I’ve interviewed him on my show. It’s been ages since we’ve been able to catch up.
We talk about a lot of highly relevant things which all revolve around the central concept of geo-terrorism, a term I coined in New Zealand in the wake of the Christchurch quake then Fukushima in Feb-March 2011.

“GEO-TERRORISM AND ‘TECHNETRONIC’ WARFARE:THE WEAPONIZATION OF ‘INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENTS’, ‘NATURAL DISASTERS’ AND ‘ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING’“

SYNOPSIS: “Engineering” is the back-bone of “civilization”, itself a recent innovation in the time-line of homo sapiens. “Civilized” people are themselves the product of engineering. “Progress” is defined as the unlimited expansion of “civilization” and therefore the results of engineering. The “social engineers” who created “money” have increasingly guided and controlled scientific research and technological development, and manipulate the dynamics of the mega-machine for “elite” agendas. In the early 21st century, due to unhindered concentration of political and economic power unfettered by over-sight and accountability, technological methods now exist which would be considered only as ‘science-fiction’ by the scientifically illiterate masses. Weaponization and exploitation of the natural world is rampant; the entire human population is the de facto “enemy.” Few people notice the narrowing of our perceptual bandwidth, the “engineering of consent” contributing to our contemporary psychic malaise, and the “orchestration of reality” that shapes our world-view. Fewer still can distinguish the blurring boundaries between “reality” and “unreality”, between “natural” and “man-made” disasters in thekoyaanisqatsi-matrix of today. Are we “engineering” own demise through a fusion of technologically-empowered control regimes with our own ‘unconscious jihad against nature’ driven by capitalism as a de facto religion?” Do industrial civilizations contain the seeds of their own destruction? Our onward-march has become a free-fall off of the precipice of sanity here on the only planet with life as we know it.
Terry first makes the point…with which I totally agree…that anyone in the world today who denies the reality of geo-physical warfare in its various forms, for example, weather modification and artificial earthquakes, is simply ignorant and/or possibly stupid. Atomic weapons have been around for over 70 years…logically, if the atom can be split in order to wreak mass-destruction, and if that entire process happened in not much more than three years, and given that not only do those same mentalities exist but have proliferated in scale, power, influence and financing…how is it even possible that global weather warfare DOESN’T exist? One of the essential tenets of geo-physical warfare is that an engineered cyclone or bush-fire or earthquake will be perceived as being ‘natural’ by the vast majority of people, unlike an atomic explosion, whose origin and perpetrator are clearly visible to the global community.
Terry then tells how the massive thunder-storm that ravaged Kauai three weeks ago stalled on the mountain range there for almost 24 hours, dumping a record rainfall of over 50 inches in less than 24 hours, BUT not dropping one inch of rain across the mountain, where the PMRF is located, the joint Army-Navy Pacific Missile Range Facility, home of one of the largest concentrations of microwave transmitters on the planet. Terry said he’d never seen anything like this in the 30+ years he’s been living there. I was originally supposed to be there then, too, staying on Terry’s research boat, which got carried out to sea and destroyed by the storm.
Geo-physical warfare microwave weapons do not function properly in electrical storms.
He also tells about how the NOAA put out a map a while back that shows the paths of over 20 hurricanes that have come through the Hawai’ian archipelago, and that every one of them has more or less covered entire regions of the central Pacific ocean, but that every one of them has avoided Kauai, as if Kauai was an uncanny ‘eye of the storm’. The implication is that the PMRF technologies are being used to steer and engineer the hurricanes.
We also discussed the on-going volcanic activity here on the Big Island, which does appear to be totally natural…either way, it’s real and it’s not over by any means.
Terry told me about a report he’d read written by the head of the USGS (U.S. GEOLOGICAL SURVEY) describing the Hilina Slump as one of the greatest potential disasters waiting to happen on the whole planet. From the sound of it, the effects of its collapse would strongly resemble an impact from a comet or asteroid of significant size.

It’s relatively quiet here now but it’s all still going on…plenty of steam and gaseous emissions, intermittent expulsions of smoke and ash from Kilauea, no lava flowing at new fissures but that can change any day or hour, and lots of socio-cultural chaos, shuffling, transiting, and aloha-ing. Conditions relating to air quality will improve when the predominant northerly trade winds return. The next more or less ‘predicted’ change for the worse will be when the lava level in the Haleamaumau crater drops down to the level of the water-table, which is expected to result in some much larger explosions, this is thought to happen in the next few weeks.
