When you view the monumental stupidities displayed by The Four Buffoons, as well as Nadler, Schiff, Cummings, Waters, Pelosi, Gillibrand, Hirono, Schumer, Harris, Booker, Warren et al. in Congressional Hearings; you could very well ask if there is any reality or downside.
