We’ve been reporting the agenda for years, and now it’s formalized. Post-quake Christchurch belongs to the UN New World Order. How so?
Martin Harris 2/8/19
Immediately after the 2011 quake that devastated the CBD and large portions of the Eastern suburbs, the government stepped in and purchased the “Red Zone” land. As for the rest, the government and local council nutted out responsibilities and ownerships. Taxes were raised, rates were raised, and insurance payouts dished out (and private insurance raised).
Now, the land and assets purchased and owned by The Crown has now been essentially handed to local council.
What does this actually mean?
On the surface, it would appear that land and assets have gone from government ownership into the hands of “We The People”, the ratepayers of Christchurch. Wonderful, you think? Dominic Harris (no relation) thinks so:
Handing authority over the residential red zone to the residents of Christchurch is a welcome return of power to the people, campaigners believe.
Ownership of the vast swathe of land where almost 7000 houses once stood will be transferred to the city council over the next two years as part of the final post-quake settlement between the authority and the Crown.
Ratepayers will have to pay an estimated $800 million over 30 years to develop 600 hectares of the Ōtākaro Avon River Corridor (OARC), but are expected to reap double that in economic benefits.Dominic Harris, Stuff.co.nz
All is not as it seems.
Who owns the red zoned land in Christchurch?
The NZ government has purchased this land. With whose money? As public servants employed by The People and supported by our taxes, surely the government (and their departments) are therefore managing this land on our behalf, at our cost?
Well, it’s not that simple. The owners of this earthquake ravaged “red zone” land are The Crown. The NZ government manages the land on behalf of it’s “owner”, the British Monarch.
Every year, the Queen gets a chunk of cash called the Sovereign Grant. It comes from the treasury and it’s funded by taxpayers, according to the BBC. The basic agreement is that the Queen gets the grant in exchange for surrendering all profits from the Crown Estate— the Royal family’s massive portfolio of properties — to the government. Every year, the Queen is given an amount of money equivalent to 15% of the Crown Estate’s profits from two years ago.https://www.insider.com/where-does-the-royal-family-get-money-2017-1
So, as convoluted as this situation may be, the ultimate owners of this “Crown Land” are We The People. The taxpayers. Or at least, we were until now.
So instead of being owned by taxpayers it’s owned by local ratepayers, right? Well, while we vote for the council, and we pay for the council, we don’t “own” the council.
The United Nations controls our council, as it does most councils around the world. Whoever has primary control over local council “owns” the council. So many are under the illusion that the UN is toothless, has no power. On the contrary, the UN exercises power and control via local/regional government, and national governments are rapidly ceding power to “local” control.
This is how the Global Government is taking shape right before our eyes: Under the radar via local council.
“The following recommendations for action build on the research and consultations with local and regional governments within the framework of the Global Report on Local Democracy and Decentralization (GOLD IV). They also draw upon the recommendations of the Global Taskforce of Local and Regional Governments in the Habitat III process and they are enclosed in the Bogotá Commitment and Action Agenda.These recommendations contain a series of local, national and global actions that will be necessary in order to achieve the major global sustainable development agendas, including the 2030 Agenda, The Paris Agreement on Climate Change, and the New Urban Agenda adopted at Habitat III.
The Global Agenda is the result of an extensive in-depth consultation process with UCLG’s members across the world, including elected leaders and local government professionals representing metropolitan governments, peripheral and intermediary cities, small towns and regional administrations.” SOURCE
So what’s wrong with the UN. Why should we be concerned about them and their 2030 Agenda?
For starters, there are concerns about the rising influence and power of China within the UN;
“The country is expected to become the second largest contributor to the overall UN budget by early 2019.”
The world looks very different today. China has joined the UN (in 1971), as did a large number of other developing countries. To strengthen their bargaining position, most of these developing countries came together to comprise the ‘Group of 77 and China’ (G77). This grouping of 134 countries includes a majority – almost 70% – of UN members. China has the unique advantage of having both veto power in the Security Council while simultaneously being able to wield significant influence in the G77.https://www.clingendael.org/publication/welcoming-and-resisting-chinas-growing-role-un
But like peeling back the layers of an onion, we eventually get to the Hidden Hand. China is itself merely a tool of the New World Order.
Since World War II, the United Nations have been one tool used to promote the global agenda.
The UN Charter was drawn up in 1945 in San Francisco, under the leadership of mainly Americans including Alger Hiss, the UN Secretary-General. Hiss was accused of being a communist and a Soviet spy—which he denied. He was later convicted of perjury and spent 44 months in prison for his crimes.ix
The United Nations Charter itself, according to researcher David Rivera, is patterned “after the Constitution of Russia, and the Communist Manifesto.”x Writer Des Griffin says that “the Constitution of the U.S.S.R. is almost identical to the Constitution of the UN.”xi
It is worth noting that the United States—a key capitalist nation—not only signed this Communist-leaning Charter but was instrumental in forming the ideas and language that make up this socialistic document.
We should not think that a new world order will only happen in the distant future. A socialist global government is already starting to form. In his book En Route to Global Occupation, Gary Kah shows us that the World Constitution and Parliament Association (WCPA) has already created a global constitution: “The Constitution of the Federation of Earth.”xii
Even this Constitution itself declared that we are on the verge of a new world order:
Humanity today has come to a turning point in history and that we are on the threshold of an new world order which promises to usher in an era of peace, prosperity, justice and harmony.xiii Read the Constitution, written in 1991https://amazingdiscoveries.org/introduction-to-a-world-government
Very nice. But who’s in charge of this New World Order?
Helena Blavatsky,founder of Theosophy
In 1932, theosophist Alice Bailey and her husband, 32-degree Freemason Foster Bailey, started World Goodwill—an official non-governmental organization within the United Nations. World Goodwill has three stated aims:
* To help mobilise the energy of goodwill;
* To cooperate in the work of preparation for the reappearance of the Christ;
* To educate public opinion on the causes of the major world problems and to help create the thoughtform of solution.i
The Baileys were not using World Goodwill to prepare the world for Jesus Christ, but rather the New Age Cosmic Christ who would unite all religions and countries. This is another example of how global politics are really being used for the hidden agenda of uniting the world’s religions.
This is no lurid fantasy. The Lucis Trust and it’s agenda is at the core of the UNs New World Order: A global government and a global religion ultimately presided over by a “Cosmic Christ” who is really Lucifer or Satan.
This Christchurch “Global Settlement” is not “power to the people”, it is a deal with the devil.
