Not a deep dive but a quick look at Australia recent earthquake history, after I became curious about a number of coincidences.

Specifically the increased regularity of major earthquakes not usually seen in Australia compounded by the fact locations seem to be right smack on known ‘HAARP’ sites and coordinate with US [UKUSAAUS} classified space flights over Australia in the same time frame.

HAARP is the controversial US Defence technology which began as 18 antennas (still Alaska higher user of electricity) and is now integrated into a global net of ground and space based antennas including but not limited to the net works, HAARP, JORN, SuperDARN, T.I.G.E.R. and it increasingly looks as if it being extended to the Black Star. Their also appears to be some kind of link between US defence based space launches and seismic anomaly’s. Not included in this look the 2004 electro magnetic anomaly at Macquarie Island pre Indonesia Tsunami 2004 (which require it own separate file).

Date 22 September 2021 5.9 Melbourne115km NE of Melbourne 9:15 AM no stranded whales, no odd lights, minor signs of ionisation day before. Begun minutes before an anti lockdown protest was about to start.

Same company involved in payload for IDEASSat (Ionospheric Dynamics Explorer and Attitude Subsystem Satellite) is the Compact Ionosphere Probe (CIP), an all-in-one in-situ plasma sensor developed at National Central University (NCU), based on heritage from the Advanced Ionosphere Probe (AIP) aboard FORMOSAT-5. The CIP will be capable of monitoring the thermal, chemical, and electro-dynamic structure of the ionosphere, while also identifying plasma irregularities that can disrupt satellite and terrestrial radio communications through scintillation

MAY 27 2021 NW of Melbourne, was hit by earthquake minutes before it was announced the state would be plunged into a seven-day lockdown. Geoscience Australia recorded a 2.9 magnitude earthquake at 10.46am on Thursday in Maldon, near Bendigo an area showing regular ionisation disturbance causes by stratospheric aerosol spraying Geoengineering research in Australia dates back to the 1947 Operation Crow Flight.

And more recently included a six-year experiment that began in the Snowy Mountains*1 in 2004, with silver iodide being sent into passing clouds from aerosol generators on the ground – despite all the experimental work conducted to help develop the technique, Tasmania is the only Australian state so far to use seeding on a significant scale. Though again they have kept doing it since the late 1950s and early 1960s, when CSIRO performed cloud seeding in the Snowy Mountains, on the York Peninsular in South Australia, in the New England district of New South Wales, and in the Warragamba catchment area west of Sydney.

It will merge with Snowy Mountains Engineering Corporation double its size and lift revenue to S1.1 billion. The firm is now also buying up additional acquisitions in healthcare, aviation and facilities management as American firms including Vanguard, Blackwatch and Carlyle buy up Australian New Zealand pastoral land and critical infrastructure and primary industries.

May 21 2021 Melbourne residents have been left confused after a “bizarre” line of lights hovered over the city early in the morning. “Multiple people reported bright lights over Melbourne from 5am on Tuesday and some said they were shining for up to 20 minutes while moving over”. But the mystery appeared to have been solved by mid-morning and the lights are believed to be thousands of Starlink satellites.

The Daily mail (Not quite the Sun but certainly not the Guardian) notes “Some conspiracy theorists believe there’s a link between the worldwide 5G rollout and a mysterious military facility that has been officially closed since 2014 There are suspicions among some members of the anti-5G movement that the ultrafast satellite network may be connected to a mysterious military facility that can control the weather The High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is a transmitter facility used to study the properties and behaviour of the ionosphere, located in Alaska. There’s renewed interest in HAARP because of the mounting tensions between Iran and the US, and some say the programme is not only active, but is being strengthened by the rollout of 5G”. HAARP operates within the ionosphere, the layer of our atmosphere that lies 75 – 1000km above the surface of the Earth. It’s also where 5G satellites roam in increasing numbers, as SpaceX plans to launch 1,400 more by the end of 2020 as part of its Starlink fleet. The US Air Force 2025, the 3,300 page report published in 2008 that identified future challenges for the US military, contained this intriguing paragraph: ‘A Spacebased High-Energy Laser System is seen as a multimegawatt chemical laser that can zap ground, air, or space targets. At lower power settings, it could disable enemy optics, perform passive sensing missions, actively illuminate a target with a laser, or even modify the weather. Between fifteen and twenty such satellites could provide global coverage.“

November 2020 Whale Stranding’s. Nearly 500 pilot whales were stranded off the coast of Tasmania last week, in what officials say is the largest mass stranding event in Australian history.

This make third mass stranding in the Indonesian seismic triangle for 2020. Mass stranding in month prior in Tasmania, close to the Macquarie Island station (one of HAARP South directional finders) which detected Lithosphere-Atmosphere-Ionosphere Coupling ( which is now a major part of Seismic detection research) a week before the 2004 Boxing day quake. 

Replicated shortly after wards with string of strandings in Northern hemisphere. Plus 42 whales die in Golden Bay 56 whales died Indonesia and 100 die in Sri Lanka all within six weeks of each other.

Most of these location appear to be on the Elon Musk and US Space Force Artemeis/ Olympic Defender) satellite orbit. MAY 15th 2017 Running Out Of Toes (BlackSky – Geospatial global network system See Also Art of Mushroom Farming ) Rocket Lab launch for BlackSky’s proprietary whose AI/ML algorithms allow Spectra AI to read the world’s news, task BlackSky’s small sat constellation to image “emerging events, and automatically analyse those images, delivering actionable insights to BlackSky’s customers around the clock. In August 2020, Spectra AI recognized seismic anomalies and early reporting of the port explosion in Beirut. Spectra AI then automatically tasked BlackSky’s Global constellation to image the port for damage assessment, delivering critical insight to early responders”.

Mon 13 Jul 2019 Broome earthquake:6.5 magnitude quake alongside Meckering as STRONGEST EVER to hit was 100 times STRONGER than devastating Newcastle quake In December 1989, the NSW harbour city of Newcastle was struck by a magnitude 5.6 earthquake. Killed 13 people, injured more than 160 and damaged 50,000 buildings, making it one of Australia’s worst natural disasters.

Broome is the site of one of the seven JORN transponders (part of the HAARP Australia established by the same people who built HAARP Alaska) 50 joint bases from Broome in WA to Richmond in NSW, since the US can use all Australian bases in a poorly defined “emergency”, and regularly does. The government insists there are only two joint bases, Pine Gap and North West Cape, since troops rotate out of Darwin — a claim Prof Tanter slams as “specious”.

MAY 17 2017 Victoria experienced its LARGEST earthquake in OVER A CENTURY with scientists recording a magnitude reading of 5.3 on the Richter scale and meme response levels of 10.1 on the lesser known Ridicther. Centred 10km south west in the state’s Gisppsland and Latrobe Valley regions (approximately 120km ESE of Melbourne) where Australia has a facility related to SuperDARN and La Trobe T.I.G.E.R. net which is also part of HAARP Global network and used to detect ionospheric anomalies including sesmic activity in Japan 201 and prior to 2004 Indonesia quake.

The two Tasman International Geospace Environment Radars (TIGER) are the Australian contribution to the international Super Dual Auroral Radar Network (SuperDARN) which contains many HF over-the-horizon radars in both hemispheres.

The first radar is located on Bruny Island Tasmania where and the new Unwin radar is located near Invercargill on the South Island of New Zealand, subject to 107 whale stranding on  21 Feb 2011 prior to Christchurch 2011 quake and 145 pilot whales stranding 26 Nov 2018 22 (December 2018, a devastating tsunami struck Sunda Strait, Indonesia without warning, leaving 437 dead and thousands injured along the western Java and southern Sumatra coastlines).

SuperDARN radars use a phased array of 16 transmit/receive antennas and 4 receive only interferometer antennas. Beam steering is performed by an analogue phasing matrix with 16 fixed beams separated by 3.24◦ and covering a field of view of approximately 52◦
Three new phasing boxes which add additional time delays to the signals sent to each antenna of a phased array have been built by La Trobe University to increase the field of view of the TIGER SuperDARN radars. The first phasing box, designed to rotate the field of view of the Bruny Island radar to view over Macquarie Island, has been used to gather data for comparison with instruments located on Macquarie Island. The second phasing box was designed to rotate the field of view of the Bruny Island radar to the magnetic conjugate point of the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) ionospheric heater near Gakona, Alaska. The third phasing box was designed to rotate the Unwin radar field of view to observe F-region scatter above the E-region scatter observed in the nearest range gates of the Bruny Island radar and has been placed on Channel B of the Unwin radar to allow for continuous operation during common time

MAY 8 2017 12km struck off the coast of Broome, Western Australia at 4:30 AM magnitude 4.3 earthquake with a depth of 12km struck off the coast of Broome.

I list Harry Mason work here which has being subject to a few smear attacks since he first spoke up in the 1990’s.

Yet I feel from my own research and experience Harry’s work has stood the test of time with Harry’s version if not scoring bullseye and tallying with my account with every throw, public jeers aside, can can be trusted to have had his darts fairly in the centre of the board (89/100 rating). MONDAY, APRIL 28, 1997 – 9:10 A.M. It’s key note speech was by By Defence Secretary William S. Cohen on earthquake causing weapons.

Whether or not such weapon are deemed feasible by conventional MSM the speech show they are source of concern in official circles.

For example, US Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen, said at the 28 April 1997 at the Conference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and U.S. Strategy, University of Georgia, while discussing the dangers of future threats, “Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.”

Debunkers and skeptic (or septic’s as I like to call them) suggest this was said in metaphorical context and Cohen was talking ‘futuristic’.

Yet even if we accept their interpretation of the speech (and why not), given over twenty years ago, it demonstrates that in the late 1990’s the USA senior military senior spokesman with the highest clearance deemed this was indeed going to be a highly feasible scenario in the very near future. That the USA would have to co-tend with military rivals with ionospheric based electromagnetic weapons. And post 1990’s their no sign that the kind of work HAARP is involved with has slow down while electromagnetic propagation boosting technologies continue to advance and the coordinated global network just continues to grow grow and grow.

Not withstanding so much of the skeptics dogma concerning ionosphere having nothing to do with seismic activity, that their is no such thing as earthquake lights, has by now simply being proved wrong .

While MSM articles now even dare to say what we ‘conspiracy theorist’ were saying long ago (about the same time we were also crying bullshit on MSM account of WMD in Iraq and bullshit on the idea the War on Terror would make us safer)). Fact is the septic’s historic score board sucks when compared against the “conspiracy theorist”. A not too insignificant point I think we often tend to overlook when reviewing who exactly has the track record for credibility and who has a history of being past by history once the verdict of hindsight is given.

While the growing, albeit slow, acceptance of MSM of electron warfare ( which is simply an evolution of atomic military science) as a reality is in fact is simply a regurgitation of what western MSM was actually saying back in the 90’s (almost as the Perth event unfolded). Back pre Perestroika, when western media reported no we don’t have this technology (of course) but the Russian and Chinese might.

A quick comparison of current Western technologies show they are in fact very similar to Soviet Chinese ‘HAARP’ which western media is acknowledging have military functions. And like the western tech of the late 1990’s it own roots begin the 1980’s focusing on the ionosphere ( an area whose potential was fully recognised as far back as the WWII as the NZ archives records show with extensive military classified research into the upper region of the ionosphere conducted in New Zealand through out the 1950’s -1970’s).

One of the largest operations in Australia, compared similarly to HAARP in the United States, to be established was the Jindalee Operational Radar Network (JORN). It has it origin as so much of this research does in the post WW2 Coldwar era but phase 4 (which is when HAARP based ionosphere research in Australia ibegan n earnest) involved the completion of the JORN and its subsequent maintenance using a new contractor.

In February 1997 Lockheed Martin and Tenix received a contract to deliver and manage the JORN. Subsequently, during June 1997 Lockheed and Tenix formed the company RLM Group to handle the joint venture.^[10] An operational radar system was delivered in April 2003, with maintenance contracted to continue until February 2007 Today the Jindalee Operational Radar Network is a multi-billion dollar high frequency over-the-horizon radar (OTHR) that uses the ionosphere to monitor air and sea movements across at least 37,000 square kilometres. The Adelaid site is listed to provide an example of the radar signal appears in infrared.

In 1991, the Commonwealth awarded Telstra (previously Telecom) a prime contract worth $860 million to design and construct the Jindalee Operational Radar Network. Telstra awarded major sub-contracts to GEC Marconi and Telstar Systems, a joint venture between Telstra and Lockheed Martin Corporation, and is supported by BAE Systems Australia, according to the SA government. RLM Management Company, a joint venture of Lockheed Martin and the Tenix Group assumed full management responsibility for the JORN project in 1997. BAE Systems will undertake significant upgrades to the JORN, with a $1.2 billion enhancement set to peak at more than 500 highly technical jobs, many of them in South Australia by 2030. A HAARP project was also planed for New Castle University 2011 and at the RAAF Williamtown base in Melbourne.

In 1957 the optical station at the Awarua Radio Site established. The Unwin radar, ( See Also Sky Net More War Toy Test‘) along with its partner radar at Bruny Island in Tasmania, is run by La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia. The full name of the project is Tasman International Geospace Environment Radars (TIGER). TIGER in turn is part of an international network of similar high-frequency (HF) radars called SuperDARN (Super Dual Auroral Radar Network – HAARPS buddy). SuperDARN consists of a mini United Nations: the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Italy, Japan and South Africa. The TIGER Unwin station is one of 18 similar stations – eleven in the northern hemisphere, and seven in the southern hemisphere.

Some are based in the United States and Canada, some in Iceland and Scandinavia; in the southern hemisphere, in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Antarctica itself. Further ones in Siberia, northern China and Antarctica are anticipated. All are targeting their beams towards the Polar latitudes. Together, they are measuring an area roughly equivalent to a fourth of the Earth’s surface.
