Sky News host Rita Panahi says even with the “assistance of an autocue”, US President Joe Biden is “utterly incoherent”. President Biden recently stumbled his way through a speech in Illinois about vaccine mandates. “Despite the media protection racket, President Biden’s poll numbers have plummeted, particularly with independents,” Ms Panahi said. “As they say you can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time.”
