A New Zealand Law professor thinks that fascism, discrimination and interference with the Bill of Rights appear to be legally sound and justified.
The Government’s new Traffic Light System appears to be watertight from a legal point of view.
Under the new system announced on Friday, people who are unvaccinated could miss out on going to restaurants, festivals and gyms.

“New Zealanders, I don’t believe – and I’ve seen time again – reject any idea that anyone should be discriminated against for who they are, their religion, their cultural or ethnic background…It’s just not okay. I would have thought we’d have wide support for that.”Jacinda Ardern September 2020
