Andre Maurois and the False Flag Alien Invasion Plot That Went Wrong!

“André Maurois’s The War against the Moon (1928), where a band of well-meaning conspirators intend to avert a devastating world war by uniting humanity in hatred of a fictitious Lunar enemy only to find that the moon is truly inhabited and that they had unwittingly set off the first interplanetary war. This…is explicitly described as an excerpt from a future history book.” Future history | Ultimate Pop Culture Wiki | Fandom

Maurois was mostly noted for writing biographies composed in the form of novels rather than dry accounts. However, he also seemed to possess an uncanny foresight. Consider his startling prediction of the future of information technology. Although he lacks the terminology and technical data, he otherwise comes astonishingly close to describing IT in the Internet Age:

Dr. Vannevar Bush is the man who made possible, by his method, the use of atomic energy. Now he has written a revolutionary article on the superman’s working processes. Tomorrow he will have at his disposal machines for computing and even for thinking, so complex, so perfect, that they will free him from the mechanical side of mathematics and logic. They will be the “housekeepers” of the scientist; they will solve, in a few minutes, equations with such a number of unknown variables that a human team would spend years working on them in vain. The superman will possess libraries on microfilm so small that all the books published since there have been men who write will fit, Aurelle, in your room. The great Larousse will be thinner than a matchbox. Each microfilmed book will have its own code number. By forming this number, you will make the title page appear on a screen placed in front of your desk and, if you wish to find, in the volume, a passage or an information, you will have in front of you changes of speed which will allow you to pass one, ten, or hundred pages per minute…

All these books will be linked together by ideas’ matching machine which will make available to you, in a matter of seconds, if you want to research, for example, the treatment of shingles by Tibetan doctors, or the role of pederasty in the founding of empires, everything that has ever been written on these vital subjects…

Have you not seen in the American armies those trucks containing the cards, carefully cut and filed, of every man in a division, and which, at the touch of a button, could at once produce a complete list of all the soldiers who were blacksmiths, Baptists, and Finnish speakers? The principle will be the same. But there will be more. The superman, when he wanders around his laboratory, will have a walkie-talkie in front of his mouth, a mobile microphone to which he will entrust his observations; these will be immediately typed up from a distance, photoelectric cells transforming the sounds into signs; he will have on his forehead a photographic camera, not bigger than an olive, which will record on tiny films what the observer sees. Thus everything that is said and done in the world will be fixed and classified in microfilms’ libraries.

– So that, doctor, nothing will be lost any more; that the beneficial filtering of oblivion will no longer take place; and that the archives of humanity will swell at an accelerated rate, to the point where no one will be able to consult them usefully… And you call this the time of the superman? I fear that this is a new stage in the decadence. Plato and Descartes had no walkie-talkies, no microfilms, no card vans…

[Vannevar Bush] can provide our brains with the necessary relays to master our new knowledge; he can give us machines to predict, machines to govern… But yes… Many problems of government are in fact problems of calculation; but the data are so abundant that no one dares to undertake the analysis of situations. Instead of counting, governments and peoples choose to rant, shout, or fight in the streets. The machine would make everyone agree…

– There are thousands of examples. Your farmers are asking for a “fair” price for wheat or beetroot. Give the machine all relevant data: harvest, world price, industrial prices, legitimate profit, etc. It will give you an irrefutable figure. It is easy to imagine a banking machine. It would tell you the reasonable discount rate in such and such circumstances, the volume of credit justified by production, the respective values of currencies.

Andre Maurois, The Matching Machine, 1950

Surely a man with such foresight should command our attention?

So it is his work The War Against The Moon, referenced in the opening quote, that really captured my attention. As a researcher who has kept a close interest in “project Blue Beam” and it’s variants, I believe Maurois’s story to be the earliest prototype, and a largely forgotten one at that. What’s more, the story foresees a time when the Mainstream Media become the prime controllers of political propaganda and technically rule over the very politicians they report upon. Sound familiar?

This author has often speculated upon the extraordinary foresight of many science fiction authors, wondering if an element of prescience or latent psychic ability is involved.

I have also closely followed the subject of our moon being inhabited or even artificial; a real-life “Death Star”, The evidence for these theories is surprisingly compelling. See links below for some of the articles we’ve posted on this topic.

One of the main arguments against extra-terrestrials visitations of the Earth has been the vast distances involved for aliens to take brief jaunts to our world to confuse and frighten a few hapless Earthlings before departing. But if these visitors were living just over our heads, inside the moon, unseen yet observing, then these strange visitations make more sense.

Incredibly., what we have in Maurois’s “Future history” is the basis of two separate “conspiracy theories” usually associated with origins in the late 20th and early 21st centuries, woven into one coherent narrative, set in a context of propaganda and media control familiar to us in present day. On False Flag Alien Invasion side, Werner Von Braun and Serge Monast are two notable proponents, whereas George H. Leonard and David Icke and Jim Marrs have promoted the evidence regarding an inhabited or artificial moon.

As our governments begin to open up on the UFO subject there are two primary schools of thought: The enduring suspicion that “disclosure about Extra-terrestrial visitation of the earth is imminent” and the more recent “We’re being conditioned for a fake invasion” scenario, a belief which is steadily gaining traction, especially in an evolving post-COVID world where so many New World Order conspiracies have ceased to be theories anymore.

So, a little remembered author, way back in 1928, wrote a “future history”, whether pure fiction or a prescient work, that proclaims both scenarios to be correct.

It makes you wonder what might be just around the corner, doesn’t it?

  1. What if outer space does not exist?

The “waters above” in the Bible, Genesis.

Strange how the sea and sky are the same shade of blue…

    1. But the sea and sky aren’t the same shade of blue John. In fact both show many shades of blue from moment to moment.
I know “outer space” exists because I look up at the night sky and see it.
As far as Genesis goes, the King James/English translation “waters” goes:
Gen 1:6 “And God said let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters and let it divide the waters from the waters”.
Gen 1:7 “And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament.”
The word Firmament “rakia” (Heb) means “an expanse stretching out” in this context meaning a “foundation of the Heavens” linking both material and immaterial.
In modern vernacular, John, an atmosphere.
In case you hadn’t noticed, there are clouds of airborne water in the atmosphere and it occasionally rains down onto the land: The waters above.
Hence the firmament, the atmosphere, is full of water, just as is the ocean below it.
Nothing here contradicts the scientific data that there are “heavens” (outer space) beyond the watery expanse of the firmament (atmosphere).
