In 2010,The Rockefeller Foundation published a report which contained a portrayal of four hypothetical “near future” geopolitical scenarios.
One of these scenarios, titled The Lock Step Narrative, sounds spine-chillingly familiar.

Please note that all four scenarios are well worth reading and contain familiar elements!
The reader can digest the full report for themselves. Replace 2012 with 2020 and geese with bats (or is it pangolins now?) and we’re living in the real Lock Step scenario! Let’s just say the “Lock Step” scenario does not bode well for the controlling governments with increased resistance from the “oppressed masses”!
Will reality follow the hypothetical narrative? I guess that’s up to us.

Afterthoughts:
I have a theory that what they did with this report was to try out each of those four scenarios and then examine the results in each nation.
Which countries complied?
Which resisted?
Which countries were “resilient” and which were not?
You’ll notice the “Clever Hands” scenario relates very closely to the “Climate Emergency” Socialist narrative. Same applies: How did each nation respond to the exercise?
I should also imagine they’ve collected data what percentage of the population were aware that they were being played.
Based on this data they’ll evaluate and proceed with the next stage.
What will that look like?
I guess we’ll find out soon.
