There are a number of “fact checks” out there addressing conclusions and statements on Social Media relating to this screenshot. But nevertheless the screenshot IS real and not doctored or Photoshopped.
We include some links so you can do your own research and form your own conclusions.
The only advice I can give to the reader and researcher is to note that the “fact check” articles address the CLAIMS made with regards the information in the screenshot, NOT the actual information in the screenshot. No one has objected to or denied the statement that vaccine antibodies and natural antibodies aren’t the same. Note also that statements relating to the requirement for unvaxxed donations relate specifically to convalescent plasma. The statements are true and correct in this context.
You will note also that I have titled this posting with a quote from the screenshot rather than attempting to interpret or make claims about what it means. Martin

As censorship heats up and free thought becomes an increasingly rare commodity, we appeal to our readers to support our efforts to reach people with information now being censored elsewhere. In the last few years, Uncensored has itself been censored, removed from the shelves of two of our biggest NZ retailers – Countdown Supermarkets and Whitcoulls Bookstores – accounting for 74% of our total NZ sales.
